The website makebrik.com is operated by Enzo Tadd, a French sole proprietorship (micro-entreprise) registered under SIRET number 977 874 973 00018, with its registered office at 27 rue Gambetta, 42110 Feurs, France.
By accessing this website and placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service in full and without reservation.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described with the greatest care. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Makebrik reserves the right to modify its catalogue at any time, without prior notice.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.
Makebrik reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email summarising your order.
Makebrik reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud. You will be notified by email and refunded in full as soon as possible.
5. Payment
Payment is made securely online, using the payment methods offered at checkout (credit/debit card, and other available methods). Payment data is encrypted and is never stored on our servers.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you by email. Makebrik cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund terms are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. In addition, Makebrik offers a 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible products, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Legal Warranties
All products sold on makebrik.com come with the following statutory warranties, in accordance with EU consumer protection law:

These Terms of Service are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence that cannot be waived under applicable law.
