1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on makebrik.com by consumers residing in the Netherlands.

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, you will be notified by email and refunded in full within 14 days.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately and clearly before you confirm your order.

Makebrik reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed. An order summary is automatically sent to you by email.

Makebrik reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an obvious pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made online using the secure payment methods offered at checkout. Transactions are encrypted — no payment data is stored on our servers.

6. Shipping

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

8. Legal Warranties

All products come with the following mandatory statutory warranties:

- **Warranty of conformity:** 2 years from the date of delivery
- **Warranty against hidden defects**, under applicable law

9. Liability

Makebrik's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of our products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence that cannot be waived under applicable law.
